Rainy Days and Pinterest!

All the rain this summer is making up for last summer's no rain. So, I had nothing better to do than spend wayyyy too much time on Pinterest. So, today I decided to start trying some of the great ideas that I have pinned. This is amazing! Carpet stains (on my new carpet...dog got sick) I tried everything but nothing worked, so I decided I would have to live with it, until Pinterest!
Use 1part Dawn and 2 parts hydrogen peroxide, mix and use a toothbrush. (Of course I never measure anything so I used 2 squirts of what I had, not sure if it was Dawn or not and poured several tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide.) See the pics below, and it took mere minutes to see the proof.

February 2012 - Decor

Those who know me, know I rearrange furniture like people change clothes. So, here is how things look for the month of Feb.

Valentine's Day 2012

Last year at this time we had just decided to build and signed a contract with the builders. 1 year later, we spent Valentine's Day having dinner on the boat watching the sun set.
Wow! All we can say is God is good. And we are so undeserving of His grace.

Christmas Day 2011

God is so good! Thank you Lord for all your love and grace. Just a few pics of the day.

We always start Christmas morning with mimosas in the hot tub! Glad we brought the hot tub to the new house.
