3/30 Closed on Construction Loan
It's really happening! With continued prayers and blessings we closed on the construction loan and handed the 1st "draw" payment to the builders, Gero and Angel. When Steve and I got home we went to pull out that bottle of bubbly to finally open and celebrate, then about that fast we stopped and knew what we really needed to do... stop and say a prayer and give thanks to our Lord for always being with us in everything!! We are so very blessed with family, friends, jobs, health, I could go on forever! So, that bubbly is still in the frig, it can wait til another day. Thank you Lord! As I say often... GOD is GOOD!

Went with Jared and Manda today to the doctor and found out "without a doubt" they are going to have a BOY!!!
